Stable connection of components: Bolts and other components are used to connect the columns, beams and other components of the photovoltaic bracket in a straight line to form a rigid structure, ensure the accurate installation position of the components, and avoid displacement caused by stress deformation.
Rust prevention and durability: The surface galvanized layer (the thickness of the zinc layer is usually ≥85μm) can resist environmental erosion such as rain and humidity, prevent the connectors from rusting and breaking, and extend the overall service life of the photovoltaic bracket (the theoretical rust prevention period of the galvanized layer is 10-15 years).
Load transmission and wind and earthquake resistance: The direct connection design can evenly transmit external forces such as the weight of the photovoltaic panel, wind load, and snow load.
