Application scenarios of solar bracket end bracket
Ground photovoltaic power station
Used to fix the head and tail ends of the bracket array, serving as the basic support points of the entire bracket system. Especially in large arrays (such as more than 10 rows of brackets), the end brackets need to withstand lateral wind loads (≥ 12 winds) and the weight of the array to prevent overall displacement.
Used in conjunction with ground piles or concrete foundations, it is commonly found in open terrains such as Gobi and plains.
Rooftop distributed project
Used as end supports at the edge or corner of the roof, for example, the hook-type end bracket can be directly fixed to the roof purlin to avoid penetrating the roof waterproofing; the clamp-type end bracket is suitable for color steel tile roofs, and the end of the bracket is fixed by a clamping structure.
For pitched roofs, the end brackets can adjust their inclination to match the roof slope (e.g. 15°-45°) to ensure consistent installation angles of the modules.
Tracking bracket system
The end frame of the dual-axis tracking bracket needs to integrate a rotating bearing and a drive device to support the rotation axis of the entire array; in the single-axis tracking system, the end frame serves as a fixed fulcrum at the end of the track to withstand the torque load during the tracking process.
Special terrain and complex scenes
In mountain projects, the end frames can adapt to terrain height differences through adjustable legs (such as ±30cm adjustment range) to avoid large-scale earthwork leveling; coastal projects use anti-corrosion end frames (such as zinc-magnesium-aluminum coating) to resist salt spray erosion.

The end frame design is compatible with different component specifications (such as 182mm/210mm silicon wafer components), and can be adapted to different size brackets by adjusting the end frame spacing (such as 2.5-3.2m);
Under large-scale production, the end frame cost accounts for about 15%-20% of the total cost of the bracket system, but the standardized design can reduce the procurement cost by 10%-15%.
